BUDGET COMMITTEE 

Budget Committee 2024/25 Terms of Reference – Budget Committee ToR September 2025-26

Budget Committee Meeting – Tuesday 25 November 2025, 10am

The Parish Council Budget Committee is being held on Tuesday 25th November from 10am in the Atrium of Highfield Park Visitor Centre, Hill End Lane, St Albans AL4 0RA

This meeting will discuss and review the CHPC Budget and Precept for 2026/27 and offer a recommendation to the Full Council

COUNCIL WORKING PARTIES 2025/26 

In order to manage business in an effective way the Parish Council have formed some working party to look at areas of business and ongoing matters in more detail.

All groups will come to the Parish Council with recommendations and any decisions will be made in a Parish Council meeting and recorded.

PLANNING WORKING PARTY   

A working party to respond to planning applications

Lead Councillor – Vacancy 

Other Councillor members – Councillor Spencer James, Councillor Tallents and Neighbourhood Plan Project Officer (voluntary)

ROESTOCK HUT WORKING PARTY 

A working party to restore Roestock Hut back to a community asset.

Lead Councillor – Councillor Craig Tallents
